Du blanc comme celui-là, on en redemande Domaine Thymiopoulos, Atma, 2017, Grèce S'il y a bien quelqu'un qui est responsable de l'arrivée des meilleurs cuvées de la Grèce au Québec, c'est bien Théo Diamantis qui s'occupe de l'agence de vins Oenopole.

A very interesting wine from Messenia. This is a bright, clear wine with medium lemon color. Clean on the nose with medium intensity aromas suggesting of rose, peach, honeysuckle, grapefruit, lime, and apricot. Fully developed. Dry on the palate with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and medium+ flavor intensity displaying peach, lime, apple, vanilla and apricot. Medium length with sweet fruit aftertaste. Good quality wine with balance between the zesty acidity and the sweet fruit, good fruit concentration and complexity and medium length. Good to drink now, could last 3 more years this is a great wine to try with fish and white meats.
