These vegan baked maple cinnamon donuts are fluffy, flavorful, and perfect for a cozy breakfast or snack. They're made with wholesome ingredients like almond milk, maple syrup, and coconut oil, and are packed with warm cinnamon and nutmeg flavors.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1/4 tsp nutmeg. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Lightly grease a donut pan. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Optional: Drizzle with additional maple syrup or sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
