Ingredients: 1 cup cooked quinoa. 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped. 1/2 cup dried cherries. 2 tablespoons chopped almonds. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
Instructions: Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. The cooked quinoa should be spread out evenly on the parchment paper. Set a heat-safe bowl over a pot of simmering water and stir the chocolate until it is smooth. Using a spatula, spread the melted chocolate out over the quinoa. Sea salt, chopped almonds, and dried cherries should be put on top of the chocolate. This will help the chocolate set. Put the baking sheet in the fridge and chill for about an hour.
