Us Mar-Bit fans really do wish for a happy ending, but lemme just…

Two doesn’t want to drag Marcia down from her respected soc status and no matter how many times she tells him she’s ok with it, he refuses to go on any actual dates with her. He doesn’t want to see all her soc friends leave her just because she’s around him. No matter how many times his heart shatters seeing her dancing around with Tripp or sitting alone at the drive-in.

Marcia is heart broken after he never calls her and just tells herself it was a passing crush, she has a lovely boyfriend anyways. No matter how many times her heart jumps when he passes at school or her breath catching in her throat when she sees him at a rodeo.

They meet again as adults, Marcia happily married and Two-Bit just trying to figure out what to do with his life. When they meets eyes Marcia lets out a gasp and Two-Bit smiles. that crooked smile that Marcia fell for. But those butterflies in her stomach have since dulled and she just smiles back. They catch up a little and Marcia uses the excuse that she has to go get the rest of her groceries for dinner and Two-Bit joking facade cracks a little bit. She’s happy and that’s all that matters.

After all, they would’ve just been high school sweethearts, right?

omg yess this is one of my fav ships 😍

- So they crack each other up. All the time.

- but no one except them understands their humor except for them so they’ll be SCREAMING laughing and everyone around them is like ???

- Marcia’s dad totally hated Two when he met him, but when he saw how nice and kind he was to her he warmed up.

- Two-bit actually can be a gentleman, he always opens the door or pulls chairs out for Marcia and she absolutely LOVES it

- Marcia steals his leather jacket. Two-bit doesn’t mind at all ❤️

- The number she gave him wasn’t fake, I think it would be cute if he called her assuming it was and being surprised to hear her at the other end 😭

- When they got older they married and had a family together (and Two-bit ended up as the best girl dad ever)
