#MarchMeetTheMaker Day 3: Planning I use the planner by @clairemitchellcoach every day for planning everything, although not everything goes as it should 😆. Unfortunately Claire isn't going to produce the planners any more so if anyone knows of any really good ones that they use please let me know for next year. I use my planner as a diary first and foremost and it remembers things that my brain doesn't! It helps me track my progress and is extremely useful for event planning now that we are able to go to events again. Things don't always go to plan though and that is usually when I don't follow my planner and go off track as in a few weeks ago. I am getting ready for an event that I collaborate at with my daughter. She is a Freelance Illustrator and has been doing some designs for me that we have printed onto fabric, I then make items which we sell on her table with her Art prints. Several hours of planned time were wasted because I didn't follow my planner! I spent precious time doing something that I later found out someone else had already done! I was not best pleased when I found out and more precious hours wasted along similar lines with the same someone involved, which has resulted in me being behind in getting everything finished for the event! Moral of this story Stick to the original plan! #marchmeetthemakerday3 #marchmeetthemaker2022 #planning #marchmeetthemaker @joannehawker #smallbusinessuk #smallbusinesses #cornishsmallbusiness #angryoldwoman https://www.instagram.com/p/CapFtHxM_X9/?utm_medium=tumblr
