Marcinette Headcanons

Welcome, I have a ship for you all!

After the Reverser situation, Marc and Marinette meet up once a week to hang out, they usually talk about whatever has been bothering them.

For a while it’s become their coping mechanism with the Hawkmoth situation.

But they start to do other things outside of venting out their problems.

A month into the once a week, they began to hang out a lot more. Going to bowl, visit the museum, surprise sleepovers

When Lila comes and takes Marinette’s friends away from her, Lila decided to worm her lies into Nathaniel’s ear that Marc isn’t a true writer. Why would you have him when you could have the DC writers?

If Marc had a crush on Nathaniel then this surely soured it on the instant.

Marinette was the one to find him in the art room, alone.

So what does she do? She walks up to Marc and hugs him. Tells him that Nathaniel is missing out on him.

She even sets Marc up with a better person. Someone she knows that is in need of a writer!

Marc meets up with Allegra, one of Marinette’s childhood friends.

Allegra and Marc make a good team, they write/draw a very successful comic.

Marc starts noticing little things about Marinette afterwards

How her eyes seem to sparkle whenever theres something that interests her, or how in certain lighting her black hair almost has a blue tint to it.

Soon enough, Marc starts thinking of things like ‘I wonder if her lips are soft’ or ‘I wish I could spin her around’

When they get together it’s really just a shy moment for them both.

Marinette is put under a scavenger hunt, leading to Marc.

The words that were written down were something along the lines of how much Mari means to him. And how much he actually likes her, genuinely enjoying her company.

THE MINUTE I HEAR MARCINETTE I MUST WRITE, also thank you! I honestly was surprised Marcinette and Nathaniel x Marc x Marinette wasn’t a popular pairing. Also like Marinette is basically a celebrity so I think a lot would have a crush on her. Onto the story:

Honestly Marinette never expected to meet Marc again, after she heard about his leaving to another country. She just couldn’t get in contact with him, after all she didn’t really have his number. That was one thing she really regretted when she left.

In truth, Marinette has always sort of harbored a crush on Marc Anciel, the cutest writer she’s seen in well ever. He was always so polite to her, patient and always One to hang out.

But the crush on Adrien happened, and she couldn’t focus on the boy who stole her heart in the first place.

On the first day of school, Marc happened to be in her art class. Marinette couldn’t be more delighted. He grew a head taller than her from middle school, but he still retained his charming Marc qualities.

They finally were able to exchange phone numbers after that first day. They started to hang out afterwards, but the more they hung out, the more Marinette’s feelings for the author started to resurface.

Unknowingly that Marc had the same exact feelings, he has always had a crush on Marinette. All the way back when they were in preschool together.

He was the first to ask her out, and their hang outs turned into dates, dates turned into intimacy, and before the two of them, 16 years later, they got married. The ceremony was a forest god themed one, with Marinette decked out in a celestial wedding dress.

Everyone and anyone wanted to see the wedding of Ladybug and the author who wrote her story. It was an honor to be invited.

Yes everyone knew who she was by now, during the final fight with Hawkmoth, Chat Noir and herself ran out of time after using their respective powers. In front of all of Paris, Adrien Agreste and Marinette Dupain-Cheng were revealed as Chat Noir and Ladybug.

Now that was a shock seeing as the guy Marinette liked and the guy who harassed her are the same person. Oh there was unbridled rage. But they would deal with that later.

Thankfully Alya was there to pull her away from the situation before it started. Her best friend was always like that, keeping her stable.

In the present, Marinette laced her fingers with her husband’s hand, placing her free one on her pregnant stomach. “You sure you’re ready?” She heard him ask softly, because here they were at the school reunion.

Marinette couldn’t help the dorky smile making its way up to her face. “If it’s with you? Gladly.” She answers him pecking Marc’s lips before pushing the gym doors open.

Alya was the first to spot her, she became a successful reporter, even started up a famous newspaper station with Chloe, off all people. She excitedly waved the other two over

“AAA how’s my little godchild?!” The blogger cried out running up to the designer and author placing her hand on the stomach of Marinette. “Auntie Alya can’t wait to see you.” She cooes out softly

“Alya dear.” Laughed a voice that would once irritate Marinette to no end, but right now Marinette was happy to see her number one model Lila Cesaire.

Lila ended up marrying Alya after dating her about 5 years, Marinette and Lila managed to work out their differences and since then it was a golden partnership.

Alya grinned over at her wife rolling her eyes. “What? You will spoil them too, Lils.” She straightened up pulling Lila close to her.

Marc smiles slightly, guiding Marinette over to some of the others. All of them had successes in their lives, leading very promising careers. All except one

Adrien lost his ability to be a model after it was revealed that Hawkmoth was Gabriel. He still had an obsession with Ladybug somehow, but Marinette wouldn’t worry about it.

If anything, she should thank him. He helped her guide back to her first crush and her now husband.
