Fancasts From Atop Visenya’s Hill
-> Gaia Weiss as Marei, a worker at Chataya’s
Marei was a cool, pale, delicate girl Tyrion had noticed once or twice. Green eyes and porcelain skin, long straight silvery hair, very lovely, but too solemn by half.

In a wild scenario where Tywin is forced to acknowledge Marei as his bastard daughter (which she definitely is, and I find it darkly amusing that Tyrion asides, the one of his children who got his solemn look/personality would be the bastard one), how do you think he'd treat her? Would he take her to Casterly Rock? Put her in the care of other Lannisters? Send her off to the Faith ASAP, or keep her around to use her for a minor alliance like Joy Hill, since she'd still be of Lannister worth?
Ship her off to the Faith or install her as a servant around the Rock or in Lannisport. If she were the bastard daughter of a lady or even a common woman or maidservant it would be different but I can’t see him wanting to give much credence to a sex worker’s daughter.
Side Characters of TTK ~ Marei
"I know no mistress but my queen." She snaps at the guard holding her by the arm. "You will have my head before you make an oath of fealty cross my lips. I will not bend my knees to you."

ship: MaryaRei (MaReia, if you will [no])
OH! MAREI!(Context: Marya is Dracula’s daughter and Rei is the Phantom of the Opera in Ani’s and my Monster AU. They’re lesbians and girlfriends.)
When I started shipping it (if I did): Gosh, I’m not even sure? I guess some time after we started talking about them hanging out a lot.
My thoughts: I think you put it best when you said there was something poetic about one of them being an undead creature that wants to join the living and the other being a living person who sees herself more fitting among the undead.
What makes me happy about them: I think they compliment each other very well!
What makes me sad about them: Uh… Well, I feel bad for what they both went through before they got together, does that count?
Things done in fanfics that annoy me: lolwhat
Things I look for in fanfics: That they exist I guess.
Who I’d be comfortable with them ending up with if not each other: …Lucy Westenra. For both of them.
My happily ever after for them: Uh… I don’t know.
Who is the big spoon/little spoon: Depends.
Their favorite non-sexual activity: Dancing.
Thank you for asking!
(Send me a character, ship, or five characters to rank?)
Marei is a prostitute in Chataya’s brothel. @joannalannister theorized that she is the bastard daughter of Tywin, from his days as the Hand. Someone had to build that tunnel. Considering Tywin holds such derision for bastards and prostitutes it’s just makes her theory all the better.
She’s described as beautiful but solemn and likes to bet with the other girls, usually for jewelry.
Silver looks good on her and she likes wearing light blue, green and turquoise to go with her pale green eyes. She can be a little haughty sometimes, and likes shiny expensive things. Pretty things make her feel better, especially when she falls into her depression. She struggles with wearing a happy face, but some customers don’t care because she’s that gorgeous and despondence becomes her.
