This Air Fryer Marmercake is a delightful and easy-to-make dessert that combines the flavors of vanilla and chocolate in a beautiful marbled pattern. It's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 eggs. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup milk.
Instructions: Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One egg at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Add the flour little by little until the batter is smooth and well mixed. Split the batter in half, making two equal parts. Add the cocoa powder to one part and mix to make a chocolate batter. Make sure the small cake pan that fits in the air fryer basket is greased. Spoon spoonfuls of the chocolate and plain batters into the cake pan one after the other to make a marbled pattern. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 320F 160C. While the air fryer basket is still hot, put the cake pan in it. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Take the Marmercake out of the air fryer and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling. Cut it up and serve after it has cooled down. Have fun!
