decided to line and color the sketch i posted earlier as a belated entry for the first day of brush week 2025. thought it would be appropriate for these characters to do this particular day at least because they've always been celestial themed!
You have vampire ocs? May I see them??!
Of course!

Scott felt as if all air was ripped from his body as he saw the bullets pierce through Y/N’s skin. He ran over to them, trying to reach them before they fell. He slid to the floor and lifted them up to lay on his knees. He moved their hair from their face. He pulled them closer, holding back tears as he felt their blood coat his hands.
5 minutes. That’s all he needed. 5 minutes till someone will be back. 5 minutes till he can get them help.
They slowly lifted their hand up to his face and he leaned into it. They gave him a weak smile. They were unsure of what to do. They both were.
4 minutes. They just had to last 4 more minutes. He needed them to.
He kissed their palm. The tears growing harder to hide. Tears barely not coming out.
3 minutes. He knew that they could do it. They could do the 3 minutes. No matter what. He knew they could. He knew they would.
Memories of the two of them flooded his mind. Them meeting. Their first date. Every first and every last. Every fight and argument. Every tight embrace. Every longing look. Every everything.
2 minutes. They were almost there. 2 more minutes till he could load them onto the jet and get them to a hospital. 2 minutes.
Tears started to fall from his eyes as their labored breaths grew more and more quiet. Faded away into barely there.
1 minute. 60 seconds. They were almost there. There were about to be able to get in the jet and get away. Get away and get them proper medical assistance.
He tried to speak but they wouldn’t let him. They leaned up and placed their lips in his. They used what strength they had to kiss him. To show him they loved him.
0 minutes. 0 seconds. 0 everything. He heard his friends yell for them. But it was numb to him. Everything was numb to him.
Their eyes fixated on something far away. Something he couldn’t see. Their lips fell from his as their body fell from his. Any tears that weren’t falling, were now. Any wish of being silent went away as he screamed in agony. Agony that his love had left him forever.
