The rich flavors of Kahlua and the nostalgia of roasted marshmallows come together in this one-of-a-kind recipe, which makes me think of camping trips around the fire. This tasty treat brings a bit of fun to any gathering and is great for sharing with friends or enjoying by yourself by the fire.
Ingredients: 1 bag large marshmallows. 1 cup Kahlua. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers.
Instructions: Preheat your oven broiler. Skewer marshmallows onto toothpicks or small skewers. Place marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil marshmallows until golden brown, rotating as needed. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Dip the rim of shot glasses in melted chocolate and then coat with crushed graham crackers. Pour Kahlua into the prepared shot glasses. Once marshmallows are roasted, carefully place one on top of each Kahlua-filled shot glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
