Okay so easy peasy Peter headcannon asks first, but I hope you have a revolving door here cus I’m gonna keep coming back fam I have years and years of pent up quill ideas I haven’t done nothin with, so to start mcu quill has a pretty well known love for 80’s pop and rock music and frankly I do love this, music is always a great narrative tool to add layer to a scene, but there are obvious differences between mcu quill and the star lord of the comics, what kinda music do you think comic boy likes

i definitely agree that while the idea of peter liking 80s pop & rock music was interesting (i mean heck i love that stuff), i just felt like it wasn’t necessarily fitting for him.
at least, mostly on the pop end of things. for me, i like to think that peter did enjoy rock, and was more specifically a metal head. (unrelated but slightly related: did you know that richard rider wears a bunch of tshirts for old school metal bands? i bet he and peter put that stuff on blast and jam out to it together.)
i like to think that maybe he enjoys folk & country as well (think johnny cash and leonard cohen)
