Also, he lives on a big plot of land in New Mexico where he just houses a bunch of homeless kids in “abandoned” trailers and lets them pay rent when/how they can. Like a home for kids kicked out of their parents place. The one rule: don’t bring the cops around/get in trouble.

From the outside, his place looks like a junkyard, but its more like a commune. If communes ate hotdogs, drank diet soda and played N64 and PS2 games exclusively.
