Shining Moon Tokyo not only included Sailor Mars’ jewel but also the corresponding pendant Rei wears in the manga!! The Sailor Moon Materials Collection (last pic) is the one to point out the connection between the accessories. It also seems the necklace used to be her mother’s. 

If I remember correctly, the only other adaption that included the jewel was PGSM, but not even that Rei wore a pendant (she did have a unique bracelet related to her mother though)
