Courfeyrac was ecstatic when he found an opportunity to volunteer once a week at the local zoo. He’s young and since he’s going to school to be a lawyer, he’s not sure if a chance like this will ever come again. So he applied and he got accepted. Sometimes he sells merchandise, sometimes he does face painting, and his favorite thing to do is interact with the kids who are there for a day camp trip.

He keeps telling Combeferre to come visit him when he has a shift, and Combeferre wants to, but there’s always a work conflict. Until one day he realizes he’s lucky enough to have the whole day off, so he goes off to the zoo to surprise Courfeyrac.

Combeferre asks some volunteers and ends up near the tiger exhibit, where Courfeyrac is teaching kids all about tigers. He’s busy bouncing around and talking to the kids that he doesn’t notice the newcomer for a minute. He asks the kids to give him their best tiger roar, which they happily do. Courfeyrac’s eyes then are drawn to where his best friend is in the back of the crowd, watching with a soft smile on his face. Courfeyrac grins and says, “Let’s try that again, I didn’t hear everyone! Give me your best tiger roar!”

Combeferre sighs, but Courfeyrac sees him roar with the audience of seven year olds, and he beams. once the crowd leaves, Combeferre lingers back and lets Courfeyrac approach him.

“Impressive roar, my good friend,” Courfeyrac says.

Combeferre smirks. “You’re a good teacher”

There’s already another group starting to take their seats, and Courfeyrac says, “Sorry, I have to go. After this group I have a lunch break.”

Combeferre nods. “I’m glad I can catch the beginning, then. Go get em, tiger.”

He winks and Courfeyrac nearly trips on his own feet as he makes his way to the front of the crowd, because he’s realized he’s in love with his best friend.

the mother, who got out of jail awhile ago (she was in it for drug addiction i think?) wasn't aware that her two children, who she had been waiting and fantasizing and dreaming about their reunion and had sparked her determination to change and be a good mother, had gotten legally adopted by their foster parents. he had waited to be reunited with them for so long - she even like redecorated their room and painted it and everything [AND entered rehab!] - and she wasn't aware that they'd been adopted.

after getting out of jail, she finally decided to make her move and kidnapped her children. after successfully kidnapping both of them, she brought them to their old house and talked/'relived' [old] memories with them. and i just felt so bad for her, since the kids didn't believe she was their mother and were being like doubtful and the mother actually was being really nice and was really trying to be a good mother - and it wasn't even her fault/she wasn't even aware/notified that her kids were going to be taken away from her. she loved her kids so much - she did everything she could for them, would never hurt them, everything - she even wrote to them while she was in prison, in hopes of still staying connected with them; but the social service judgeperson didn't pass them on. it wasn't HER fault that this happened, and i just felt so bad for her - all she wanted was to have her kids back, to live her life the way she dreamed of it being, to go back to how things used to be. i would blame her too bad for trying to retaliate by using drugs; after all, her husband had died like a year before or something like that.

and i just felt soo bad for her, since she really was trying/acting like a good mom. she was genuinely worried about her kids, would never hurt them, always wanted them to be happy, everything. and i just felt so bad for her since her kids acted like they didn't appreciate that, always saying that they wanted to go home to THEIR mom and stuff (and i don't blame them for that, but still - it's not like the lady was being mean or unpleasant or anything [like that]). and then later, when the mom was being taken away and the girl was reunited with her parents, first - the girl like ran into her parents' arms so happily and joyfully and i just felt SO bad for the mom, since she had to see that and see how happy her children were without her and with some other parent/weren't with her. and at one point, the mom had showed one of the children a dog from their childhood that she had played with, saying that she kept the dog when she was [away?] in prison and that [[everytime she saw it[?]]] it reminded/she thought of her. and when the child was being reunited with her adoptive parents, the officer saw the dog on the floor and picked it up and gave it to the child, which she accepted smiling and gladly and happily/cheerily, while the mom looked on. and i felt so bad for the mom, since that dog was the stuffed animal that reminded her of her child, which made getting through prison easier, and now her happy child's going to have it and she's not going to be with her. and now she won't even have that stuffed animal to remind her of her child/help her get through everything and just like ugh asjdklf;ajdslf. but at least the adoptive parents offered to give the mother like updates and pictures and stuff of her child, but i think that's also worse in some cases since she'll always be teased and stuff about news of her/the child that she'll never have and just like UGH ASDJFK;LASJDF.

like omg UGH i just felt so bad for the mom ajds;kfsjadf i felt as if she should've gained a least SOME custody of her children [if not like all but with someone who looks over their family to make sure things are like all right and stuff], since she had NO say whatsoever on this topic/matter and they were her CHILDREN. like just like ughh asjd;jas;dlf.

just finished watching edward scissorhands!

it was so sad :( like how they never saw eachother again and like asdfjka;lsdfja; i wonder if their family was told by kim about it or like what and like how he never saw anybody else again and how kim has like children/grandchildren [so she must've married someone - like how could she have loved someone else after that happened like omg asdjfkal;sdjfsf][edit - unless they were kevin's children/grandchildren i guess, but stilll asdfjkl;lkjfdsa] i think now and like how they all thought he was dead and how he was all alone again and like UGH ASJDKLFA;SDF.

AND LIKE THE ENDING TOO AJSDK;LFAJ;SDF - like how when the little girl was like 'how do you know he's still alive' and then kim's explanation of the snow AND THEN WHEN THEY SHOWED HIM MAKING SNOW SCULPTURES HE HAD SCULPTED SOMETHING THAT LOOKED LIKE KIM ASDFJKL; and like he probably will always love her too since he like can't die/age or something like that ASDJKFL;A and kim won't visit him since she'd 'rather he remember her the way she way' but then he'd like love/remember her forever even after she like dies and like UGH AJSKLDFJAS;DF IT'S JUST SO SAD LIKE UGH ASDFJKL;ADSJFKLADSF OMG UGH AJDKFLAJS;DFAKFD;FDSAFFSDF.

UGH AJSDF;LKASDF AND IT SUCKS THAT THE OLD MAN DIED LIKE RIGHTTT AS HE WAS GIVING THE HANDS TO HIM UGH AJKSLD;JA;SKLDFJLA;SDF. i wonder if peg came like right after that happened or what though since like he has to eat right and like one of the first things he said was like 'he didn't wake up. the old man didn't wake up' or like something like that UGH ASDJFALK;DFKJLA;DSFK IT'S JUST LIKE SO DEPRESSING [and touching in some aspects/parts too] OMG AJKLSDJFALSFDFJALDF LIKE WHY :'(((((

ANDANDAND HOW KIM WAS LIKE 'if you knew it was jim's house then why'd you do it' AND THEN HE WAS LIKE 'because you asked me to' AJSDKL;FAJDSF OMGGG. and then how like to this day they still didn't know that he broke into jim's house because he made him AJSDKLFASJDLF. and how like jim like hates him EVEN THOUGH HE DID WHAT JIM WANTED HIM TO DO [even though it was like illegal !] ASDJFKDSLAJF AND LIKE GOT INTO THAT MUCH TROUBLE BECAUSE OF HIM OMG UGH AJSDKLJADKLSJFALDFASDF UGGGHHH ASDJKFAJSDL;FKASDF.

AND ALSO LIKE AJDSKFL;AJDSF he hurt some people BUT HE DIDN'T DO IT ON PURPOSE AJDSKLA;JSDF. he hurts people because HE HAS SCISSORS FOR HANDS OKAY ASDJKFAL;SJDF IT WOULD BE HARD NOT TO HURT PEOPLE. HE'S TRYING TO HELP BUT HE'S HURTING PEOPLE INSTEAD AND IT'S NOT HIS FAULT OKAY UGH ASJDK;FLAJDSFAFSDF OMG GAAHHH ASDJFLK; GRR.

i liked the movie and stuff and it was interesting, but i kinda also wish that i didn't see it since i didn't like the ending and like the whole thing just in general was so sad and frustrating and upsetting :(

and i haveee to rant and vent about it. i tried keeping it to myself since i was too lazy to type, but it just ended up bothering me.

omg jadklfjdfasljfd why did momo end with kiley omg jadkljdsalfjd she should've ended up with toji! they were so cute together and omg jadfklfjladsf. and like stupid sae omg. without her toji and momo would've never broken up. and i appreciate her like trying to get toji and momo back together near the end, but that was just her messing with momo (since she was technically with kiley thenn) and by then it was too late, since momo already developed feelings for kiley. 

ugghh momo should've been with toji. likee they mutually liked eachother since jr high and he's so sweet and was ALWAYS protecting her and ALWAYS liked her, and the only reason he broke up with her and turned her away was to protect her from sae, since she blackmailed him into breaking up with momo and going out with her. and for the time kiley and momo were dating, although he claimed that he loved her, he really loved misao more all that time, whereas toji ALWAYS had her as his number one. and kiley only 'loved' momo since she reminded her of misao, and he shouldn't have kissed misao when he was going out with momo and he even left momo when they were supposed to meet up. and although i kinda feel bad for kiley since a lot of the reason why momo went to toji was because of misunderstandings, i don't feel bad for him because it was the same thing with toji. toji only shunned momo and did what he did because he wanted to protect her.

and momo and kiley just don't seem right together. momo really looks better with toji and when they're together it's just so much cuter than when she's with kiley. but i kinda knew that momo and kiley were going to end up together because it just felt as if the author was trying to refrain momo and toji from getting too close. but omg still stupid sae again she faked that message from kiley to momo saying that he would commit suicide, and momo panicked, causing toji to be unhappy and saying that if she was going to go after him, she'd have to break up with him first. LIKE WHY DID HE SAY THAT. if the situation was reversed and toji was the one threatening suicide, i bet momo would try to go to his rescue too, since even if they aren't dating and even if she doesn't love him anymore, she once did and they were close, so it would be reasonable for her to want to save whoever. 

AND it was pretty much kiley's fault that toji and momo broke up. because like although it was sae's fault, it was kiley's fault in the long run, since after sae did that plot with momo and gigolo, it was kiley who proposed that they get revenge the way they did, which caused sae to become furious and take those pictures that she used to blackmail toji into breaking up with momo. 

and kiley is so selfish too. he couldn't accept that momo wanted to be with toji and practically begged her to be with him, whereas toji - although he also really wanted to be with momo since he loved her - mainly just wanted momo to be happy and respected her feelings.

and it really pisses me off how in 'sae's story', toji didn't even make an appearance. they mentioned him going to a good college by himself, but that was it. jfklajdflajdfkfjdalsfdjla.

and likee after that incident with gigolo, momo was like 'i don't want to live anymore if you leave me' or something like that, and toji was willing to die with her, which i think is a big feat.

and also when toji and momo worked the store together after getting together with kiley, momo was swept away which shows that she like fell in love with him again, which should count for something, right?

and also when they went on that trip to the mountains and she got burned, toji was going to go and help her but stupid kiley had to get to her first and then they kissed under the cherry blossom tree when she got lost later on which was like pretty much the start to their relationship djfkalfsjfsld if only toji was the one to find her -_______-

and i feel like a large part of why she went back to kiley was because she felt bad for him dajfkadjflas.

and toji was the type to only be dedicated for momo while kiley was like a former player so why would momo end up with kiley at the end ajdkdaljdlksaf.

and i felt so bad for toji for momo to leave on their trip together and go to kiley, although it was a little ironic kinda since he went on the trip meant for momo and kiley hahah.

but omg jdkflajdlfdjdsfjaklfsdjad i wanted momo and toji to end up together soo bad :c they were supposed to end up together and she and kiley are like ewh but she and toji are so cute together :c  omg uggghh why did sae have to interfere ajdskfldajdfs i want momo and toji together :( i like almost literally cried yesterday after finishing reading it ugh dafjkadljfs and toji shaved his head in the beginning of the book too and then when they got together at the end he even did the sign they made for 'i love you' when they use to go out too D: and they knew eachother much longer and they had mutual feelings for eachother since junior high and toji was like the only person who understood momo and that she wasn't a 'beach bunny' and he's so sweet in sae's story, it showed that he even took notes for momo and like said that she was 'really sweet and straightforward' omg ajdfklajldf :c

just finished watching the hunger games!

ajsdklafjd i shouldn't have watched the movie until i read a little bit into the 2nd book since the movie spoiled some parts of the second book toooo :c and i love reading books when i don't know ANYTHING that's going to happen - like if i don't know how it's going to start, what's going to be in it, and stuff like that, since i usually spend most of my time trying to find a certain part and not pay much attention to the actual reading.

i thought that the movie was pretty good, but it left out a lot of details and the screenplay was reaallyy shaky most of the time. but other than that it was nice(:

i didn't hear taylor swift's safe and sound in there though D: i thought it was a song in the movie's soundtrack, but i never really heard it >< i thought for sure that katniss was going to sing safe and sound to rue and not the other song ><

and omg i love gale's expressions when peeta and katniss kiss haha<3 gale didn't really look like what i imagined him to look like though - and in comparison, peeta seems better looking too :/ gale looks extremelyy old - much older than 18. peeta looks around his age though ><

but it was a good movie(: just a little shaky though ><

AND THEN AJDKLJDF everyoneee kept on talking about the hungergames and then during science this guy was talking about it and i told him not to spoil it for me or i'd hate him forever and he spoiled it for me AJDKLFJAFLDF -___- but good thing that the thing he spoiled was the part that someone else already spoiled for me LOOL<3

yeah but i swear everything today was like about the hungergames and everyone's like trying to spoil everything for me .___. THAT'S WHY I NEED TO FINISH THE BOOKS FAST LOOL<3 but tomorrow the plan is to watch the movie! so i'm kinda excitedd c: although i already pretty much know what's going to happen -_____-
