I’m generally ok with using all of the different regional terminology for color guard basics. But the term “pop toss” can mean SO MANY different tosses and none of them are agreed upon even regionally (I.e. the two neighboring schools can use it to say completely different things). With so many turning to video auditions, we are having an influx of questions about the audition requirements and this is the most common problem... nobody knows what anyone else means when they say “pop toss” today. So let’s retire this term and use more descriptive ones... or better yet INCLUDE A VIDEO!
