The Aphmau fandom is currently in revival because of the upcoming announcement at VidCon and I really hope the toxic fans from the old Laurmau/Garmau/Aarmau days aren't gonna come back or have grown up. They're already full force on tiktok (which ig is the case for most fandoms), but if you're in the fandom on tumblr *please* remember the following:

-Don't like a post? Don't interact. Shipping wars are a thing of the past, and ships (even non canon ones!) can co-exist

-You won't always like the way the plot turns, and that's okay! That's what fanfiction is for and tumblr nowadays is generally a safe place to share your headcannons

There's gonna be an influx of younger fans that possibly know very little about the past of the MCD/MyStreet community, and I know this community is so great and creative when it wants to be. The majority of us that were the target age originally are grown-ups now. I want to see how you've grown your writing skills! Your art skills! I wanna see what headcannons you had before and how they've grown now! I can't wait for the announcement. It's honestly a little unbelievable, so welcome back!

been thinking about Aphmau and MCD and other Aphmau series, especially about the Jury of Nine.

i've always wondered if we count Zane as a member of the Jury of Nine, or if he's a 10th person who is in charge of them. cause if he's counted as a member, there's 2 more unaccounted for members who were never revealed, and if he's a 10th, there's 3. i've personally always loved the idea of Teony being a member, but who would the other 1 or 2 members be?

Anyone interested in a Mcd rewrite?

Growing up I loved watching Aphmau and both of her series. I plan on making a comic based on mystreet, with my own original characters and stories. However, I really want to make a mcd rewrite, and I wanted to know if anyone would be interested! Some changes I would make:

-Aaron does not exist

-Garroth and Laurance would play a bigger role in the story

-I would include lgbtq(Specifically Garrance)

-The story would actually make sense instead of random pieces that don’t fit.

And much more! I will be writing this as a fanfic, feel free to share your own ideas on how you would change mcd, or even send asks on head canons I have and character changes I would put in place.
