Hey!! That's me :D Hermitcraft has been a huge part of my life for a while! Unfortunately there isn't really much content of characters from PJO interacting with ones from Hermitcraft, but I found some fun aus of Hermitcrafters in the Percy Jackson universe as demigods themselves!
The Percy Jackson X Hermitcraft/Life SMP series by @captain-blue027 is an au that explores a variety of different Hermitcraft characters and ships if they went to Camp Half-Blood. It seems to still be ongoing(?)
The Hermits and The Olympians series by @ahllohehn is an au where Hermitcrafters are demigods in a PJO-type universe. It is based off of their PJO x Hermitcraft AU which they have made posts of on their tumblr (PLEASE CHECK OUT HIS TUMBLR SERIOUSLY). This AU is accompanied by some absolutely gorgeous art!!
