A thing to keep in mind, is that a TTRPG about bug mechs would have to account for the differing sensorium of insects. Their umwelt, experienced reality, is one of chemicals and vibrations, where light is often as useful as we find scent.
So sensors for bug mechs would be great at detecting information signals/commands, enemies, and potential resources. But would often be shit at actually understanding their surroundings beyond touch and vague notions of movement.
So… hmm….
