Adding creamy ricotta cheese and salty Parmesan to these huge beef meatballs gives them a lot of flavor. They are perfect for a meal that fills you up.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 cup ricotta cheese. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 egg. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 jar marinara sauce. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Put ground beef, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together well until they are all evenly mixed in. Put the meatballs on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Each one should be about the size of a tennis ball. Warm the oven up and put the meatballs in it. Bake them for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are done inside and browned on the outside. Melt the cheese in a saucepan over medium-low heat while the meatballs are baking. Put the meatballs on a plate and pour the warm marinara sauce over them. Add some fresh basil leaves as a garnish.
