On that note, just to make things easier tonight and for peace of mind? I decided to eat lower carb today.

It's half-assed "meatza" night, baby! 😁

Employing some frozen burger patties, parbaked. That is at least double what I am likely to eat right now, but the extras should save fine.

And the rest of that open jar of sauce. I cut up some onion, and keeping with the olive theme? Those jalapeño-stuffed olives looked like a good option. We do have some pepperoni-like sliced salami, but that felt a little OTT with the grease factor.

Loaded up, and ready to go in the oven!
