The momentum to turn to the left was given to the car before the jump, so that when landing it has more load on the right side than it weighs itself (therefore it only bounce at the left), what sufficiently enhances the grip of the right rear wheel (which is the only one to land on the asphalt) to prevent oversteering as well as the right front wheel (which reaches the asphalt just in time) to prevent understeering.
