My gabapentin dose has been significantly increased and I'm increasing it to the total increased dose over 3 weeks :) Tomorrow I start the second week's increase!

??,?? okay so i know i haven’t done like an actual transition update in a *hot* second but !! recently i ran out of my prescription meds so i broke back into my emergency doomsday stash of the illegal ones and ????

these are sublingual meds. and you know, my blood levels came back normal female after my first blood test when i was on the new prescription meds, but i’ve always been suspicious ?? and okay so like

my friends have been telling me that i’ve started to look more feminine very recently? and i just checked and i’m haVING BREAST GROWTH ???? so basically,,,, i guess i need to make sure that if i do go back on prescription,, i need to get sublingual estrogen ?? holy shit are you telling me i could have had breasts this entire time and i just wasn’t taking enough meds what the fuCK

please god i just want to be a b cup

Sertraline update

So, I've been on this for about 3 months. I initially started with 25mg then moved up to 50mg because I didn't really feel anything happening. I'm still not seeing much of a difference with my anxiety. I also haven't felt any side effects. I have noticed, however, that I've been less anxious when having to answer or make a phone call. I've also started to participate in class(not much but still an improvement). So, I think I'm gonna ask my doc if he thinks I should increase my dose a bit to 75mg.

Ok, had a psychiatrist appt today.

She wants to try 20mg of Abilify (an upped dose of my current antipsychotic), and if that doesn't seem to help within a month, then we can look into something else.

Here's to hoping.

2/25/19 - finally legal

Hi y’all, I finally did it! I’m legally on hrt!!!

Basically my primary care physician found someone who was willing to overlook some of the legalities, and so I spent all of yesterday navigating Irvine’s stupid public transportation system,, but I got to see the doctor? And!! normally they’d check to make sure I knew what I was getting into and have me socially transition etc. and have like a therapists note, but she was just like. “yeah you’ve been self medicating for two years that’s proof enough” and literally got me a prescription like that very second??? so yes !!! am on legal hormones !!!! they still cost money,, but i get them instantly, they’re like 3x cheaper, and i can pay on cash,,, and also she wrote me a lab order to get bloodwork done under my insurance but like,, hidden,,,, and i’m just !!!! aaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i might even get to increase my dosage !!!! wow !!!!!!!!

3/24/19 - labwork

my first blood test !!! my levels are all p much normal !!! heheheh self medicating was a success

they could be lower though, so we’ll see if i can get my dosage lowered !!!!
