I’m extremely bad at remembering to post my sketches on tumblr, so have a giant sketchdump!   The last 4 doodles are inspired by ImpatientSeamstress’s fic ( @buginateacup) called Tea with Topsy on AO3, which is my most favorite fanfic at the moment.

My sibling looked over my shoulder as I had my Megamind dog art on my phone and straight up said, “Isn’t that the one dog from Balto?” Referring to Roxanne and her bandana. So I was like “💡!!!!!” And BOOM here we are. •3• Megs on his usual routine in kidnapping the love of his life when some thick ice makes him slip and-oh dear what an awkward situation. 😉

Can we just talk about how adorable it is for a villain to be soft for someone? Not just for an enemy but even anyone that they may have feelings for? The evil kind of villains that claim they don't believe in love, but will deny they have feelings? The kind that secretly have a keepsake from a moment they had with said person? The kind that deny any feelings or compassion for that person, but when they see their expression change when they see that person and your like, "they have feelings!!" and it makes you excited because you love this villian and the idea that they can have romantic feelings for someone is just so damn cute because it is way out of character for them.

That is what is way more appealing to me about villian ships or enemies to lovers ships. Not because of the dynamic per se, but it's just frickin adorable seeing my favorite cold hearted villains SWOON.

A very long time ago, I designed a T-Shirt, and wrote a one-shot to go with it.

Roxanne needed a nap. She needed a proper nap, with no distractions. She shed her work clothes, wiped off her makeup and grabbed her pyjamas from under her pillow.

Pyjamas was, perhaps, a generous way of describing her sleepwear.

The oversized T-shirt she slept in was a couple years old, now, but she absolutely refused to get rid of it. There’d been a few occasions when, after bringing company home, she’d had to quickly shove the shirt down the back of her bed, between the mattress and the wall, to avoid any awkward questions.

Having a well-worn T-shirt with the name of the guy who regularly kidnapped you emblazoned across it tended to do that.
