It needs to be done in exactly a week, and we are gonna get there. It still needs some weathering, and the pleather on the handle, but that’s it. A friend has encouraged me to enter the Friday Video Game Costume Contest, so I’m considering that.

The paint is a little more glittery than I anticipated, and I do like that.

Demise literally was spitting fire when he couldn't pick it up. Hylia could pick it up, but it wasn't hers so not her problem

I’m definitely making the long shot for fall cons, and I am tempted to just make the red and blue tunics as the original one wasn’t a particularly difficult build AND I have conquered that collar once. I think I want to make the mirror shield, too, though that finish is gonna be tricky, I think.
