Hi Mellll!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🫶🫶🫶✨✨✨ This one took a while dhbfhsvf (but hey! it did not as long as ur zombie ask at least!😆😆😆) For my answer to this ask, I wanted to take the opportunity to roughly finish the wip that I have of Kurumi in some of the clothes that Sou & I had of her in our Pin/terest board hahaha Sharing a low quality version for now, but I'll be posting an hq/finalized version in the future. I hope you like them!

🎀Kurumi
As expected, Kurumi is the most fashionable among the three, or even among Oniyanagi 10th Gen lineup. It doesn't matter whether she's at home or outside on a date with friends, she always need to ✨serve✨. Although she love various fashion styles and certainly have a diverse collection in her wardrobe, her preferences mostly lean towards Gir/ly Ke/i fashion.
What she especially loves about this style are the ribbons and frills that comes with it. Of course, even with her love for these elements, she tries to balance them and not to overdo them. Within this fashion subculture, you'll probably see her wear mostly Swe/et Gir/ly & Da/rk Gir/ly. She also prefers the ones that aren't too low-cut in the collar and those with sleeves.
🍎Kana
Kana on the other hand, prefer to wear clothes that are more simple, practical and easy to move in. Something like "Function over fashion"? However, with her having a very fashionable celebrity mother and a very fashionable aspiring model sister, Function and Fashion were both able to meet in a compromise. If not in her usual school/mission uniform, you'll mostly see her in a formal outfit or a business casual outfit. At home, she'd mostly just comfortably wear a traditional yukata + haori combo or a simple black turtleneck + pants. A good amount of her shoes also comprise of block/square-heeled variant, which is around 1-inch.
Despite that, she isn't beyond wearing any of the styles that Kurumi wears, she won't mind them. General preference for function aside, fashion is really no big deal for her at the end of the day.
🤖Yui
Lastly, we have Yui. Most of his clothes are picked out by Kurumi, so it often doesn't really reflect his actual preferences. This is the case because Yui really just prefers loungewear all the time (baggy shirts and pants), which doesn't really meet Kurumi's standards a lot of the time. While loungewear themselves aren't that extraordinary, his choices can sometimes be a disaster that it required Kurumi's divine fashion intervention.
Yaaaaaay! I'm done!! My idea was to create a fake otome game cover using khr male ocs as the love interests! Also made a fake screenshot with Dan who is not a love interest. [I like thinking discourse dissolves amount fans about this... :) one side demands he becomes one because he's so hot and relatable the other side is like "HELLO? Love ≠ Life: Dance With Darkness
[Fake] synopsis: Sasagawa Kyoko has lived a relatively normal life despite her older brother being the sun guardian for the Neo-Vongola. Kyoko tries not to think too much about this or the fact his boss and her old classmate, Sawada Tsunayoshi, distanced himself from her after middle school.
However not long after the Neo-Vongola separates from Vongola, Kyoko finds her life becoming much more dangerous very quickly. Will these new experiences lead to a fruitful love or will it lead to her death?
Some things I thought of for this:
Yui: FIRST OF ALL HE IS STILL MARRIED!!! Just "separated" and he cries and is so broken up about his wife potentially leaving him and he'll be homeless. Kyoko comes across him living in a cardboard box with a tin can to collect change... he used to live across from his actual house but his neighbors called the cops because "some homeless guy is panhandling!" So now he's in the park where Kyoko comes across him.
[Good End] Yui and Kyoko form a friendship where Kyoko listens to Yui's heartaches and gives him advice to get back with his wife. They go to a bar where Yui drinks and Kyoko sips juice.
[Bad End] Yui and Kyoko fall for each other but can not be because Yui is homeless and still with his wife. He leaves Kyoko's apartment that he had stayed at and now lives under a bridge. His wife hears he was staying at another woman's house and divorces him. Yui is back to being harassed by cops but it's fine because Kyoko brings him food and blankets...It's so cold under the bridge...
[TRUE END] Kyoko's friendship and good cheer leads to Yui reconciling with his wife!! He's back in the house and everything!!! Kyoko feels happy for Yui but also a bit sad. Will she find love? Well at least she found a dear friend...
Tw: cheating scumbag incoming. General mistreatment as well. Pregnancy mention at the end of the Kai portion.

Kai: THERE ARE NO GOOD ENDS WITH KAI. Either ("good" end) you as Kyoko get in a relationship with him where he constantly cheats and goes "you made me because I needed more attention." Or (true end) these two dated a bit and you left him because of the cheating but it hurts still to see him around town with five girls clinging to him simultaneously. Or (bad end) where it's the same as "good" except now Kyoko is pregnant. 😀
Ngl, the others feel like you can actually romance them with typical otome scenarios happening, so I'll stop here!!

Let me first answer your second question by saying that there are a lot of motifs and themes, and elements I associate Apple with but the major one I can’t quite say because of spoilers!! As for the smaller ones I find lately I keep changing my mind on certain aspects especially as I further develop and nail down the details of In Somnis so for now I’ll refrain from answering that! I hope that’s okay 🙇🏻♀️ one day I’ll come back with a more concrete answer I promise!! Also my brain has been a little foggy lately so it’s possible I’m totally reading your question wrong so if so I am very sorry ahsbsah
As for what characters inspired Apple! To be honest Apple was a self-insert from back when I was a wee-child who eventually developed into their own character. (It’s why we still share some similarities such as her being SEA since I didn't have the heart to change that). If I had to choose characters that inspired her though it would actually be another fandom OC of mine, Li Lifen (who I shall introduce here one day with a redesign when the next dyn/astywarr/iors game gets released)! Lifen walked so Apple could run lol. Now that all that being said I would say Apple is quite different from myself now that she’s had much time to develop and stew but I do think I like to put a little bit of myself into every character I create (this includes Celina, [Redacted], Alder, and all my other fandom and non-fandom ocs!... I most often give them my mental illnesses ♥️)
However, to give a better answer than just this I can list some characters who I have noticed are rather similar to Apple, or remind me of her or just in general I see some connections between them! I made a little chart.
(Also because your gif reminded me I also wanted to put Nono Hana too since there is that similarity of “I want to be seen as a mature elder sister type but my own childishness and whimsy always foil me ” aspect but I felt maybe that’s too much of a reach lol. The little girl walks onto the stage, dressed in a cute riding outfit, pink helmet and boots that she requested herself. Behind her follows a pony. A brown, Italian breed… Is that a seam on its leg?? WAIT A SECOND! THAT'S NOT A PONY! THAT'S DINO IN A HORSE COSTUME!!
As Calla takes an adorable bow in front of the audience, Dino closes his eyes in resignation to what has happened to him. What wouldn't a father do to make his beloved daughter happy?
Calla walks to his side, Dino has to crouch down so she can climb onto his back. She fails the first time, but it doesn't stop her. She doesn't cry or gives up. The second time, she manages to sit ready for the performance.
She pulls on the reins and taps Dino's sides to make him move to the rhythm she sets. To the right, to the left, half turn, jumping…
Clip-clap, clip-clap.
Dino obeys and does the dance he has rehearsed with her, fortunately not letting her fall at any point. Calla's hands grab him tightly, her heels dig into him until they hurt, but it's all worth it to hear his daughter's happy laugh as she shows him the steps.
Calla looks at the audience and waves with a radiant smile. She sees her grandfather rooting for her, his words are loud enough to get to her (and disturb the rest of the audience in the process).
"That's my little girl!! You're the cutest, Calla-chan!! I'm making sushi for you today!! The best sushi for the best girl!"
Besides him, Romario is recording the performance without missing a single detail, it’ll be a precious memory for the future.
The next seat is surrounded in a depressive aura. Luca can't even look at the stage, hunched up in himself, hands on his head.
"It should have been me, boss. I should be the one in that embarrassing costume instead of you… I can't forgive myself for allowing you to go through this…"
In the meantime, the performance comes to an end. Calla gets off the pony and approaches the center of the stage, pulling on the reins. Dino follows her closely.
Calla leans forward with such force that her helmet moves to one side, but she places it back on correctly with her free hand. Just as she had arrived before, she leaves the stage after a shower of applause, mostly from his grandfather and family.

2- Renas phone with screensaver and background
Rena always has notifications for her theater groupchat and an app that alerts her of planetary alignments. Girl is someone who always has 19 notifications and popups but rarely deals with all of them because she keeps them up as a reminder. I didn't wanna draw it but she also has her homescreen set to a big calender where she keeps track of rehersals and performances.
8- Renas favourite item
A musicbox her grandmother gifted her before she passed. It plays two tunes. Tschaikovskies Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies and Tschaikovskies Swan Lake theme that can be switched between by pushing one of two buttons. She keeps it hidden in a box, but sometimes when she is alone takes it out. Dimitri used to sometimes wind up the musicbox when he noticed she couldn't sleep and it always helped her calm down.
9- One of Renas jewelery
A small pendant Hayato bought for her at the culture festival when she noticed she was too short on cash. Since it was also the night they had their first kiss and began dating she holds it very dear, even if technically she gave him the money back. The thought counts.

What are you currently trying to improve on?
Not doing it a lot, but I'm trying to improve on backgrounds and poses. I finally realized how much help pose references are took me long enough lmao so I'm making good use of those. and backgrounds are just hard and time-consuming, so I always tried to go around those.
Do you like to draw in silence, or with music?
I hardly can do anything without music, so ye, always need me some tunes. Sometimes I also put on youtube videos or a series or movie I've seen several times to have on in the background.
Dunno if someone will see this, but I'll have to stay offline for today and possibly tomorrow so I will get to asking about ocs whenever I next can. Imnfeeling unwell so please be patient with me!
