OP Translation - 春告の贄 (Harutsuge’s Gift)

One of my all time favourite opening songs. I’ve never checked the CD out, but this song is oof.
In a pillow of snow, two people make a shivering pinky promise. Hiding my wet kimono, as hugging your back is an impossible dream. Fluttering, dancing, a snowflake falls, unable to bloom. The middle of a season of confinement and lies, a repeated fate. An exhausted heart, an unfufilled wish, you who is nameless, a gift of harutsuge. My dear beloved, without wavering, spread your wings, and go to the end of the world you wish for.
T/N: I kept harutsuge as it is because I’m not sure if it’s a name or not. But it means ‘revelation of spring’. This comes from the story; the girl is sacrificed to bring spring to a village who is shut off from the world due to snow.
