things I wish for in therapy spaces

- spikey balls, rubber bands, gum - mangas - water and cups - a corner with toys for young kids - stuffed animals (with explicit statement that allows teens to take them as well without feeling ashamed) - a wall with positive quotes and you can add one if you want - a gender neutral bathroom I find these important as they lower stress and help making a therapy space a save space where we’re allowed to heal. Personally I find great comfort in stuffed animals as I can trust them and they’ll hide my chest if I hold them up in front of me. Feel free to add anything.
