Mephistopheles is an amazing artist and Lucifer fully supports this endeavour since it's something Mephi can be without it all being for Diavolo.
speaking of Mephisto's art skills, whenever he's mad at Lucifer over something stupid he leaves the most atrocious drawings on Lucifer's desk (Lucifer M!preg art, Lucifer with yaoi bottom proportions, Lucifer in a maid dress, ect.) Lucifer has kept all of it because looking at it keeps his ego from over-inflating.
Diavolo was the very last to Know about Lucifer and Mephistopheles relationship (minus Mephi's parents) and they weren't even trying that hard to hide it from Diavolo, they fight like husbands, which they are.
Mephistopheles refuses to say "I love you" in human language and only uses ancient enochian since it would be very intimate for Lucifer since it was his first language, or ancient demonic since that's his language.
Satan was mad that Mephisto was in a relationship with Lucifer when Mephi is also apart of the anti-Lucifer league. Mephistopheles still holds to the principles of the league since the motto is "fuck Lucifer" and is probably the very best at remaining faithful to that principle.
When Lucifer and Mephistopheles aren't being mean to each other, they are talking shit about everyone else. Lucifer has been the first to hear Mephi's true opinion on everyone in the House of Lords, same lies true in reversal.
Lucifer has received paintings from Mephistopheles such as a portrait of himself and some horny art and he tried drawing something for Mephistopheles. In turn Lucifer has written several piano pieces for Mephisto to preform in a personal setting.
Lucifer pretends not to know how to ride so he can ride with Mephistopheles, in fact he's never ridden a horse in his life (He's won medals before in the human realm because he got bored once). Mephisto is aware Lucifer can ride, he knows what this man is doing and still lets him get away with it.
Mephistopheles takes Lucifer on factory tours like Lucifer wanted in the anime and there's a ninety precent chance Mephisto misinterpreted at first and bought the factory itself for Lucifer (literal pocket change for him btw).
Who pays at dates is a whole other kind of hell because they both want to pay and refuse to split. They had to establish a schedule and surprise dates are paid for by the person doing the surprising.
They have meetings together to decode the slang their younger brothers, and Diavolo, are using. They even have a cork-board with strings connecting all the instances different words have been used to discern the meaning using the surrounding context.
Nickname use only happens when their fighting and trying to hide that they're mad at each other in public, or they're drunk.
