This is my first time painting an underwater scene!

I didn’t have a clear idea at the start of painting what my mer eclipse would look like under all that shadowiness. I just knew that I wanted him to be a combo of my old mer smoon designs but BIGGER and BADDER 👹

Diver y/n… isn’t really accurate lol. Very simplified. I’m thinking of doing some extra visual exploration. There’s so many different designs for those old school diving suits!
