More organic shapes for Brachydios's armour plates evoke lava flows, and will speak to the Brachy's ancestral proto-species making use camouflage to avoid its myriad predator--prior to the development of its symbiosis with its slime. Now that the sketching is done, I will develop painting/colouring it. I might even get started on that today.
Alatreon, Blazing Black Dragon
So, a while ago, I made an ink print of Alatreon. Well, I decided to color it! Wanted to go for a hatchy, line based style rather than full on realism, as I wanted to play into and add to the lovely line work I had already done, rather than cover it up. Pretty happy with how its come out.
