Small Favor is one of my absolute favourite Dresden Files books. It’s fun, it’s got amazing set pieces, it’s got Ivy & Kincaid, it’s got Gard & Hendricks being badasses, it’s got teamworky shenanigans, it’s got Nico-freaking-demus. It’s one of the ones I most wanna go to whenever I feel like diving into the world all over again.
Except for the fact that the audiobook for it AGGRAVATES ME because of the voice changes! It catches me out every damnable time! Why, oh why, James Marsters, you otherwise flawless, narration genius, did you have to do the voices so wrong in this particular book, half way through the series?!
Sometimes I’m chilling and then remember that David Tennant strutted in front of Michael Sheen in a kilt and suddenly my day is a lot better.
Im at school and today there was an aussie man named michael today
"EVEN THE IMPRISONED ONES."
DOES THAT MEAN WHAT I THINK IT MEANS?
