Darhkatom thinks that would be cut for S4: Nora listening to Ray talk about science when she has nO IDEA what he's talking about, because he just looks so happy; Ray listening to Nora and John talk about magic and just being so 'oh, that's cool' even though he only half gets about a third of it (you seem to risk your soul a LOT).
OKAY BUT LIKE THIS IS A BIG THING BECAUSE LIKE
NORA HAS CANONICALLY LIKE NEVER FINISHED MIDDLE SCHOOL??? like she was the same age as olivers son which is like 7th grade ?? when she got like taken to demon summer camp
and like here is ray with his phds and hes talking science and stuff and like hes so happy and just nora sitting in the lab listening to him and even though she’s like “nah its magic” shes still going to nod along to whatever she says
like remember that scene in the first thor movie with jane being like “its science” and thor like “its magic” and theyre sitting on the roof together? like its me, handing phil klemmer a $5 bill and being like i need this to happen with darhkastom next season
but also like sometimes (often given this is legends) it is right and its magic and nora is like VALIDATION but also like real soft and explains all kinds of magic stuff to ray too and like man ray just likes to see her using her magic for good that hes so happy about that (and like ofc worried about her wow)
i cant wait to be weak for these two next season
