There's something super fascinating about the fact that Leif and Noi are the ones who end up admiting that they want to stay on Earth.

Like they're probably the lowest ranking members of Asch's knights---with Rhys explicitly stating that Noi is the lowest ranking of all of them and Leif having been part of the class of daemos that lived outside of the kingdom. Asch is a prince, Rhys is Lady Grandma's pupil and Pierce is a former-general

So them actually speaking up about what they (especially for Noi who is a lot meeker than Leif) want is really bold for them. Especially because what they're sayig is flat out treasonous.

I also think it's fascinating to consider why the others don't try to argue for staying on Earth despite the fact they obviously want to. Rhys doesn't because he's logical; but I feel like Pierce and Asch don't because their high positions (as a prince and former-general respectively) give them a sense of duty they can't abandon.
