after being in and out of hospital for the past i dont even know how long, the Czech 77 year old, wheelchair-bound, covid positive, kinda-but-not-really-dead president finally appointed the new Prime Minister.

AND at the same fucking time the Minister of Healthcare announced he's covid positive too.
