One of my fav supersets to get a good burn on the upper arms is an alternating overhand and underhand grip tricep pull down! Feelin puffy and quite miserable due to an acute case of poison sumac 😣😷😝 went to the dr, gave me prednisone i said oh like a zpac? She said and I quote,"oh no honey, you're gonna need more than that" starting with 40mg for 3 days!
