The Milibucks symbolize the loved ones around you. Those relationships who , admittedly, are worth more than a million bucks. Tia’s story includes a miscarriage due to infertility followed by prolonged depression and isolation. Marcus (her husband) is also strongly affected by this so he tries everything to get everything back to normal (he even bought her a dog). Before he gives up, Tia was offered to take care of her friend’s children while they served in the military. Without any confidence left, she was convinced to accept this offer. Now Tia and Marcus takes care of two unruly children and a dog.

I am working on the story that explains this new beginning in more detail. When I finish I’ll make sure to link it to this post.

This was what I drew when creating Alma Zoe’s character design. Zoe was designed to be Tia’s BFFL. She’s an Aries, wild, impulsive and says the wrong things at inappropriate times. She is boy hungry yet always seems to fail at keeping one. Nevertheless, she’s always there for her friends and brings excitement everywhere she goes. If there is confusion - First Name: Zoe, Last Name: Alma - it just sounds cooler as Alma Zoe, but I’m not sure how I want to officially address her.
