Why do y'all hate KiriMina so much?

I can (kind of) understand the hate for BKDK/Kacchako/TDBK - like, I can see why those ships aren't the right cup of tea for most people - but no matter how I try to twist it, how I think of it from any angle, KiriMina hate makes no goddamn sense whatsoever.

They're middle school schoolmates who unknowingly affected each other greatly before coming to UA and becoming actual friends. They are both part of the Bakusquad and get along really well.

Do you people really hate straight ships so much that a genuinely good and wholesome straight ship is just evil to you on principle?
