Led astray by false hope

on a sacrificial altar, we place lambs to bleed lithium.. all to feed a parasite disguised as a hallowed machine god. it's false hope and light of salvation is merely an illusion. the world it promised never existed in the first place. turn your gaze away from the light, voidseer, turn and see truth in that which was cast into darkness. mesmerized by the spectacle, we never saw the walls of our homes slowly being replaced with barbed wires and cages as they slowly closed us in. this world they created will devour you if you play by it's rules. they use the promise of retaining our humanity to chain us all.

maybe it's not so bad being a monster... there's comfort in the macabe.
