I don’t want to make this too long just because long post DRIVE ME 🤪lol. (Just me) Let’s just say I wore my clothes really well. The first picture is from 2015 where I had actually lost about 25 pounds already. I was teaching spin and lifting weights but was still was holding on to the weight. My clothes began to look better on the outside but when I took them off I was very unhappy with myself. Everyday I would say I was going straight for some liposuction. Well I decide to challenge myself to see how much weight I could really take off since I had started the process. Working out was something I was already doing so the only thing left was switching up my diet. YES, MY EATING!!!!!!!!!!! WORKING OUT IS NOTHING IF YOU HAVE NOT MASTERED YOUR EATING. IT IS NOT A DIET OR A QUICK FIX IT’S A LIFESTYLE. I KNOW YOU ARE TIRED OF HEARING IT BUT IT’S THE DARN TRUTH AT LEAST FOR ME. Well to end this already long post I just want to say if you are not happy with yourself only YOU can change it! YOU NEED A WHY!!!!!! AND IF GETTING HEALTHY, FEELING MORE ENERGIZED AND LOOKING GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE IS NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU TO GO FOR IT, IN BOX ME AND WE CAN FIGURE OUT YOUR WHY TOGETHER😉.
