Yesterday I was looking up the name of the Final Nightmare in Link's Awakening, because I forgot it's name; Dethl, and decided to look up 'are Dethl and Vaati related in any way' knowing full well that they aren't. I just wanted to see what the results would be or if anyone had found any evidence that the two could be connected. I was not expecting to find out that there is a wanted poster in the Shooting Gallery of Ocarina of Time that ALSO resembles the physical appearance of both Vaati and Dethl! Very pleasantly surprised.

I used to think that maybe Dethl was the last remains of Vaati's magic; not the Minish themself just their magic, taking on a form to attempt to keep itself stable and 'alive' in some way through the Wind Fish's dream/nightmare. I also used to think that Bellum might have been created by or have been some part of Vaati at one point when I was younger, I'll be honest I was a kid who had played exactly ONE Zelda game and wanted all of the others to connect back to my favorite villain.

About the Hat:

I feel like it’s important to note Chase may not have his Iconic(TM) hat anymore. With the story hat, we couldn’t tell if it was Chase’s or not, which sparked a lot of debate in the fact if the story was meant for Chase at all, and now we have what looks Like Chase, but with a different hat.

That’s where This comes into play:

We see Chase abandoning his hat. The next time we see Chase?

Dark Silence.

And now we have this:

What I’m trying to say here is it’s not out of the realm of possibility that Chase has a new hat...

or if it’s even “Chase” at all

We know a certain someone can imitate people... Almost to perfection now.

He knows Chase wears a hat... but what if he couldn’t find the Iconic hat we all know and trust?

It could be a warning, or a promise...

A warning of what happens when He is crossed (i.e; the person in question becomes “lost”) or a Promise of what’s to come... Change for better or for worse...

What if...

Obsidian, Jasper, Bismuth, Lapis, and Peridot all fuse?

-Obsidian has a sword ( and if Connie’s in the fusion, it could make the sword longer!)

-Bismuth has armor

-Jasper has a helmet

-and theoretically Peridot and Lapis’ fusion could make a shield by reforming Peridot’s trash can’s metal from liquid metal to more of a shield form to make it.

Together, their fusion could have a complete suit of armor!

I’m probably late to the party on this (*pun’d*), but I have a mini-theory that Kevin and Connie might be related somehow.  They do share similarities - in particular, they share the same nose, which is usually done with family members in SU.  (Oddly, neither of Connie’s parents share that nose.)

They could be cousins, but I think the most likely scenario is that Kevin’s dad (who may have been “between marriages” - at least I hope he wasn’t married) loved and/or maybe attacked Connie’s mom, who married Doug after she realized she was expecting.  This could explain why Connie’s parents are so protective, and maybe even some of Kevin’s behavior.  We haven’t seen Kevin’s parents, either, so adoption on his end isn’t out of the question, though I would guess he’s with his biological father, if only for a potential dramatic reveal.

Whatever the relationship might be, if it does exist, then I expect the reveal should be quite the shock, with lots of of potential humor.  I hope Kevin would be more cautious about who he hits on after that.

Is There Any Meta On The Name Of The Spaceship In Smile?

Because it is backwards for “nowhere” or “now here” and I just.... huh?

Mini-theory: strawberries are a reoccurring element in SU because they’re one of Pink’s favorite things, and that fact will become relevant later.

I’ve long thought Pink would be the youngest-looking Diamond, and she does seem teen-like to me.  Yellow and Blue definitely look physically mature to me, and Yellow even seems to have age lines by her eyes.

I don’t know why it took me so long to connect that to the idea that White could look/be on the elderly side, instead of the Diamonds just stopping at a certain age.  But here you go.  IMO, White looks even more creepy this way. O_O  (At least, with the way I draw her.)

If true, it could potentially explain some things, actually...
