I made @hotforfood ‘s vegan herb and garlic cream cheese, and it’s amazing! (The base is tofu). I even was able to use a few herbs from my garden to make it. I recommend it for anyone who’s a lover of cream cheese like I am.

Now that I live in a house, with my own laundry machine, doing laundry isn’t an annoying task. And now I have a zero waste laundry routine, (yes there’s plastic in this photo but keep reading). The laundry detergent we use is cruelty-free, and eco friendly, and when it’s empty I can bring it to Shop Eco (a local eco shop in my city) to refill. It’s so cool that I have the opportunity to buy laundry detergent in bulk. Then we have baking soda (that I also buy in bulk at The Bulk Barn) and we use it to sprinkle on our clothes in the washer. This helps make the whites stay whiter and it also allows you to use less detergent. Lastly we use reusable dryer sheets and they work awesome. I feel lame for being excited about laundry... but it honestly makes me happy, so whatever.

Buying in bulk means needing a lot of jars/containers to put your food in. Why not reduce your waste less and get them from your local thrift store? Your thrift store is guaranteed to have jars of all sizes, at a low price.
