Putting this under ‘Healing We All Need’. 

I’ve started incorporating healing tones into my practice and its amazing how you feel after 10 minutes of tuning in. There are tons of options on youtube now and if anyone gets a chance to go to a Singing Bowl Meditation, I highly recommend.

I have started implementing sound in my own Reiki with amazing results. I had a session done by a local practitioner that incorporated singing bowls, tuning forks, a feather and a rattle - after that AMAZING experience, I realized that Reiki isn’t one size fits all, and there are no rules. I started with a rattle with a little owl on it (Hayyyy Hecate) and I haven’t looked back.
