The moving feathery, arching, silver flower heads of Miscanthus sinensis 'Starlight' (eulalia, Japanese silver grass) form a great contrast with the solid form of Taxus baccata (yew) topiary. This is a very compact and free-flowering, dwarf deciduous perennial grass.

週末のよく晴れた日、久しぶりに広瀬川へ。
半そでが気持ちのいいお天気♪ アイスコーヒーを飲もう！ アミカスと氷を入れたボトルをリュクに詰め込みました。
なんと、広瀬川の人気者、ポーちゃんに再会します✨ もりもりと美味しそうに葉っぱを食べている姿がとっても可愛い。
夏の名残と秋の気配が入り混じった広瀬川を、のんびり歩きました。ススキが主役になる時期も、もう間もなくかもしれません。

『 Autumn Reunion 』
On a sunny weekend, I went for a walk to the Hirose River for the first time in a while. The weather is nice with half sleeves ♪ I met Po-chan, a popular person from the Hirose River, again. The appearance of eating the leaves deliciously is very cute. I took a leisurely walk along the Hirose River, which is a mixture of the remnants of summer and the signs of autumn. The time when Japanese pampas grass will play a leading role may be soon.
