I had this idea for a comic where Myne and Izuku become friends via the library (In one of those untold fanfic alternate universes, hehehe) and I just couldn’t get it out of my head. I know this is fairly fandom specific, since mha is WAY bigger than Ascendance of a Bookworm, but as they are both my current obsessions I decided I didn’t care. The Aoab fandom needs more content anyway. I am planning on doing a few different short stories around this theme in comic strip form whenever the fancy takes me, this is the first. -There’s at least ten more pages to this btw-

OK my dearest 6 followers

I am on a valiant quest!!!! There was this book I read like 6 years ago; I don't remember the author, and I'm not totally sure about the title, but I think it was called Brave. It was reddish, had a big lighthouse on the cover from a wacky perspective, and the title was at the bottom in giant bold caps

I totally forgot about it apparently, and I have no idea where to find it. It doesn't even appear on the internet. I'm planning on going to the library later to see if I can find it

Here's a basic description of the plot juuust in case you've heard of it

(spoilers for this book that might not even exist)

Some mother with like 12 kids is dirt poor and hears that the ship her husband was on sank. She tells all her kids and they're all 'aw man'

and her oldest son is like 'thats bs' and goes out to Plymouth to find him (she's fine with this since hey less mouths to feed)

anyway he gets like halfway there when his little brother shows up and he's like WTF DUDE turns out the little bro was following him so that's neato dorito

they get there and beg around for a while, i think they found a dog and ate cabbage from the sewer, when some dudes come along and give them a bird in a cage and run away laughing. little bros sit there with this weird bird when the police or whatever show up and are like 'LITTLE RATS STOLE THAT MF BIRD' anyway they get framed and turns out the bird belonged to this cool guy who owns a lighthouse in the dangerous sea

so we have a whole father figure situation and the oldest kid learns to embrace himself and stuff, and tbh i don't remember how the end goes exactly but eventually he finds his father, cool bird guy dies at his lighthouse, its all sad the end maybe THANKS

please help me find this book

I read this really good book years ago and I cannot find it anywhere! It starts out with this girl buying drugs at some random bar and then she passes out while walking home or where ever. She wakes up in this guys house and they end up becoming close. His family is rich and he starts to help her out, she moves in with him since her father is abusive. Her father may or may not of died towards the end. I am pretty positive that is a YA book.

Help me find a book (please)

Ok I have been looking for this book for YEARS, literally. I remember next to nothing about it, but the one scene I did read has always stuck with me and I would love to find the book and read it all the way through. Here is what I know:

+ It’s an erotica story (fantasy) + It’s an e-book (first found it when I got my first Nook)

+ The cover is illustrated, not photoshoped. The scene on the cover has a man with white hair and a woman (can’t remember what she looked like). In the background was a blue sky and some sort of building (probably a castle). + The one scene I remember is the main character (a young woman) hiding in a large room in a castle. The room is filled with beautiful statues. While she’s hiding another woman comes in and the new woman starts speaking with a man and ultimately throws herself at him. The guy almost has sex with her to tease her, then scolds her for trying to manipulate/play with him. He leaves the room with the woman heart broken and while the main character is still hiding among the statues. I am pretty sure: + The book was by a woman + The book was the first in a series + It was $2.99 and at the time I had no money to buy an e-book and was just filling up my e-reader with freebie books. No idea if the price will hold ANY relevance or not, but figured I would bring it up. IT WAS REALLY GOOD WRITING AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS. So uh, help me find a book please? XD Honestly if I can’t find this book I’m going to start thinking that I dreamed it (I tend to dream about books and then wake up realizing that the book isn’t real) but man I am sure this is a real book.

This is just sad. I lost my drawing book today right before school ended and the book was FILLED with MANY comics.. I was gen very haply to have had a book where I was productive enough to draw so many comic panels but now its just a faded memory...

please help locate missing short story

help i just remembered a short story i read years ago

it had character named sera, it follows her since she was born i think, she had an older sister and a mom. iirc it was published in a short story collection.

the premise of the story is that wherever sera is, destruction follows, and at the end it reveals that sera backwards is ares and i think ?? it ends with her on the highway while surrounded in flames while her mom and her sister watch in horror or smth
