I just noticed that several posts of people I follow never show up in my dashboard feed.

Some posts show up in For You feed and some just never show anywhere.

Is happening to anybody else out there?

Being a c!inniter is easy you just have to say some insane shit like ctommy my ctommy his lips are chapped he will not use lip balm he just licks his lips when they get chapped and has been doing this for two years I say stop that my ctommy please use lip balm and I hand him burts bees lip palm pomegranate flavored and he says well im too b ig for this and then he throws it anf I hand him a backup stick of chappedstick and he says fine anf he eats it

📝Ok...we have some progress on the missing posts saga...kinda 🤔

The Support gent emailed me back and he said he found some "corrupted drafts" and restored them to my drafts folder.

Now, my Drafts folder has 50+ posts in it so far so I know some others might appear as soon as I thin it out a bit more. Thankfully all the posts have my tags and they will end up in the end of the rounds they were in.

Still no sign (yet!) of the two missing posts I noticed that went missing!

How odd...and still a little bit annoying but with the amount of posts I've made and edited in the past year, it's hardly surprising some glitches occurred to be honest! 🤣

For some reason tumblr isn't allowing some posts with external links to be show up in the tags. For example, if you are posting a story on AO3 and sharing the link here it might not show up in tags. So if you follow someone who does post things on AO3 and you see their posts make sure to pass them along because odds are that people won't be seeing their posts in the tags now. A few people mentioned this to me so I wanted to signal boost this a bit.

Are Your Posts Disappearing?

I was looking for some older posts I wanted to repost for an audience that missed them the first time around, and I’ve discovered that some of my older posts are just gone. I didn’t manually delete them. They’re just . . . gone. Is anybody else having that problem on this platform?

It’s days like this that make me want to leave altogether and work on something I can outright control.
