Life Update
It's another week until I get internet. A local main burst so my water was shut off for 12 hours and now the water tastes weird. Also my kitchen is seemingly a hot spot for slugs to hang out. However we have a cabinet of 'special' glasses that no one will ever be allowed to use and we keep biscuits in a tupperware box in case visitors come, so.

The Year Abroad begins!
I'm now in France (holyshitholyshitholyshit) and have made a post about how I got from A to B. If you want to know how I was propositioned less than 24 hours after arriving in a new country, you'll enjoy this.
YEAR ABROAD TIME
News just in, I'M STILL ALIVE! I'm still on tumblr, I've just turned into a horrible, shy lurker.
This upcoming academic year is going to be my erasmus year, and next week I'm head off to France (and then Italy in 2015). If anyone is interested I've made a side blog (HERE) to document these adventures (which is very empty at the moment, but it will get better, I promise), there's also a link on my main blog.
