Magnanimous Moonrise and Savage Sunset is Live on BackerKit!

In this unique dueling story structure, the debut novel by @not-a-space-alien, the same events are described from two different perspectives.

Savage Sunset:

Alexis and Ariana are partners and vampire hunters, trying to protect as many people as they can from the horrors of a world where vampires see humans as cattle, fair game for being snatched up and taken home as food.

Magnanimous Moonrise:

Valen is a vampire on a mission…one which unfortunately puts him at odds with vampire hunters, who aren’t happy about such a creature being so deep within their territory.

Vampires are horrific. But what if humans are horrific too?

This is a dark urban fantasy that contains mature content, including torture and sexual assault.

The special edition paperback will be an upside-down book (aka tête-bêche). So you’ll be able to read Savage Sunset, and then when you get to the end of that story, you’ll flip the book over and read Magnanimous Moonrise!

During the crowdfunding campaign we’ll be selling the ebook, special edition paperback, and a mini-ebook of MM/SS one-shots. The campaign will run from December 1 to December 14, 2024. Check it out here!

Thank you all for responding. I wanted to compare and contrast how vampires work in your different universes. I asked the question to all of you at the same time, because even though three of you have universes inspired by one another, I wanted to see if you would come up with different ideas.

If it is alright with all of you, I would like to do this again in the future. Focusing on aspects of vampiredom that aren't explored in any or most of your stories. Though, I will space them out, so I won't overload you.

If any of you want me to stop, I will stop. I could also add Cat & Mouse, since I believe it is in the same universe as Shattered, Kane & Jim, and MM/SS.

Mao Mao Secret Santa!

I had the joy of drawing for @Melodicca !I hope you like it!

I had a few firsts with this drawing, (Backgrounds being the #1) but it was super fun to work on! Their OC, Berry, is adorable and was certainly my favorite part to draw out of everything. I like to think she and Mao Mao woke up early to exchange gifts while Badgerclops and Adorabat are knocked out behind the couch because they stayed up late to see Santa.

I also want to thank @maomaosmother for putting together such a lovely event! It gave me a chance to step out of my comfort zone and I hope to do another event like this in the future!

Art Dump 2/2

What has stayed the same is my love for my characters of MMSS. It was the 4th anniversary few weeks back and again I forgot it lmao. Still, I've shaped it to be much different than it used to be. Mostly cause of all the youtube videos I've watched and games I've played. It's just a wistful thought, but I want to make this story a reality. Maybe one day when I full flesh things out, instead of just random thoughts.
