What is your biggest fear and if you could meet anyone from all of history who would it be and why?

This is gonna be all existential, but my biggest fear is mediocrity, of being the same person I am not for the rest of my life and never getting better or never doing anything with my life.  I’m not actually afraid of much in life, I guess, there’s not much that actually seems worth being afraid of.

The second is such a hard question!  I’m a history nerd, so there’s plenty of people I would love to meet.  I’ll go with a big idol from my childhood and say Elizabeth I.  She was a bamf and I’d like to know the person behind the legend.

1. When is the last time you felt really excited and why? Yesterday and I am not sharing why :P I  always feel really excited when I feel myself. 2. What’s the worst meal you’ve ever had? (This isn’t necessarily about the food).  Can't think of the worst ever...  I don't eat a lot of pizza, but I like it a lot.  A couple weeks ago,  I brokedown, was going to have some at my moms, I was stoked and it was awful.  Such a waste.  3. Have you ever taken a vacation without your significant other, if so, where and with whom? Short, nice, answer, yes.  Lots.  Buddies, brothers, myself, I like taking myself on vacation, I’m a blast. 4. If you could be on any “reality” or contest show, what would it be? Wife swap 5. What movie makes you cry every time you watch it? More like what movie doesn't?  Really.  Movie trailers can break me.

1. If it came down to the last reeses peanut butter cup, under what circumstance would you consider sharing it? (you have to share! sharing is caring) Just ask, I would gladly give to another who wants it.

2. Most favouritest workout regime? least desired workout (e.g Burpees!)? Spartacus HIIT routines, they always blast the whole body and don’t take that long to complete. Pistol squats are of the devil and will send you to h-e-double hockey sticks..

3. 99 bottles of beer on the wall, which one do you knock down first and which one would be last? (leaving the best for last) The best, Pliny the Elder, goes down first, while the palate is fresh.

4. When you were little what did you want to become?  An artist.

5. Let’s say we have a chance to meet up in some amazing location, where are we meeting up and what is the first thing you do or say when you see me? La Playa, my Friday Taqueria, to edumucate you on some proper Mexican food.  First thing I would say to you is, “Hola, I’m Dora.”

varric's not entirely sure what to do--he observes romance, writes it down to make for an interesting aside in a story, but has complications with making a story entirely about it...his own romantic life has been pretty tragic, so he draws from that for his books

and he still cares very deeply for bianca, but they can't be together--they can't even be seen in the same place--and he's just so, so not at all interested in trying to involve himself in romance because it's easier to watch from the sidelines, it doesn't hurt as much to simply observe and record

once he's aware of that connection happening, he doesn't say anything, but he's more protective, a little more worrisome...lets his hand linger on her back when she has to catch her breath after closing a rift, invites her to more games of wicked grace, enjoys sitting quietly together at skyhold. but i don't know if he'd be able to say anything about it first.

as for pina...it's not that she doesn't want love or passion, she just never considered it much? it was hard enough trying to emotionally connect with people at all as she got older, let alone trying to get into a personal relationship. she'd recognise it sooner, but she wouldn't be sure how to bring it up

which might inspire her to ask the more...relatively private members of the inquisition--cullen maybe, vivienne, perhaps dorian...of their opinions on love, relationships, and courtship. she'd also be doing some of the dalish practices for affection on her own; like maybe carving a little halla charm or something and leaving it on top of varric's paperwork for him to find later

it'd be a lot of dancing around each other and it'd probably take a severe moment of danger or cole butting in for them to become aware of the other's attraction
