Inkheart AU
Rachel Dare- An illuminator in Cosimo’s the fair castle, disguised as a man so as to continue her trade
Percy Jackson- Husband of Annabeth, one of three actors for the Blujay, a notorious robber wanted by the Adderhead for his stunts. He was read into Inkheart by Annabeth on accident, then later read out without his voice by Lee Fletcher, a reader for Kronos.
Calypso- wife of Leo, she runs an herb farm outside of Ombra
Leo Valdez- a fire eater, part of the traveling performers known as the Motley Folk, husband of Calypso, he was read into our world by Annabeth, and stuck here for ten years
Annabeth Chase- a bookbinder in our world, but once read into the pages of Inkheart by Octavian, had to disguise herself as a man to continue her trade. Wife of Percy and one of the three actors for the Bluejay. Mother of Michael. She read Kronos, Luke, and Leo into our world on accident.
Michael Yew- (in this AU) Kid of Percy and Annabeth, he read himself and Lou Ellen into Inkheart to look for Leo, who was read into it by Octavian.
Lou Ellen- apprentice of Leo, she was read out of The Arabian Nights by Annabeth. She now travels with Leo performing and learning the works of his trade.
Lee Fletcher- a reader for Kronos, found in an old library reading a dwarf out of a book. He is later rescued by Annabeth and Michael, and becomes the companion/assistant of Reyna, the aunt of Percy and a collector of rare and old books. He later reads himself and Reyna into Inkheart
Hazel Levesque- leader of the band of traveling performers known as the Motley Folk, or the Strolling Players, she has a companion in the form of a bear named frank. One of the three actors for the Bluejay. She has been close friends with Leo ever since they were children and escaped the Adderhead’s realm.
Frank Zhang- the great black bear that is the companion to Hazel.
Octavian- another reader, he reads Leo back into the book without Lou Ellen, also reads Annabeth, Percy, Gaia, and Luke bank into Inkheart.
Gaia- the driving force behind most of the villains in Inkworld at one time or another, basically like a fly whispering in their ears, tricking them into doing what she wants to do.
Luke- servant of Kronos, and then later, Gaia.
Kronos- the leader of a hellraising band of fire raisers, murderers, and thieves. Defeated by Annabeth, Michael, and Chiron.
Chiron- the author of Inkheart, accidentally read into it by Michael when he and Annabeth defeated Kronos.
Nico di Angelo- a singer and actor, one of the traveling Motley Folk
Will Solace- a physician known as the barn owl, he took over from the old one and now runs the healing house in the Adderhead’s realm.
Ethan Nakamura- a knife thrower in the Motley Folk, he found Michael and Lou Ellen wandering around in the woods and brought them back to the Strolling Players camp. He was once in the service of Kronos before he disappeared from Inkworld.
Silena Beauregard- a singer and dancer in the Strolling Players, she used to be a maid and spy for Kronos before he disappeared.
Charles Beckendorf- a blacksmith for Cosimo the fair, the best swords maker on Ombra.
Zoe- a hand maiden for her majesty Piper
Piper Mclean- wife of Jason the fair, daughter of the Adderhead, mother of Drew
Jason the fair- Prince of ombra, father of Drew and husband of Piper
Kayla- a nurse in the Barn Owl’s infirmary
Drew- child of Jason and Piper, petulant and bratty, plays a major role in the death of her grandfather
Clovis- a moss-man (healer) that travels and uses herbs and plants to cure people
Nyssa- an inventor with family in the Motley Folk, who is known for her creations, despite the two useless fingers on her left hand
Lacy- loyal servant of Piper, page for Jason the fair
Bianca di Angelo- a tight rope walker in the Strolling Players, sister of Nico di Angelo, famous for the fact that she never shows her face
Mitchell- a seamstress in the employ of the Laughing prince’s castle, loyal to Piper, most often employed by Drew
Pollux- an actor known for melancholy parts in skits and plays, part of the Motley folk, twin of Castor
Castor- an actor known for lighthearted parts in skits and plays, part of the Motley Folk, twin of Pollux
Thalia Grace- Personal bodyguard of Jason Grace
Butch- sculptor and painter who is employed by whoever takes him
Bryce Lawrence- bodyguard of Octavian
Malcolm- librarian in the Adderhead’s castle
Grover- the owner of an inn on the forest’s edge, smitten with a dryad named Juniper
Juniper- a dryad living in the enchanted wood
Clarisse la Rue- a defector from the Adderhead, set loose a thief named Chris, who is now engaged to her. Now a guard for the city of Ombra
Chris Rodriguez- a thief captured in the Adderhead’s realm, let go by Clarisse
Lou Ellen
she’s mixed, and her natural hair is curly as hell
she’s constantly changing her hair color, at least once a week, sometimes every two days
Her dad is a magician from Chicago
she’s a year round camper
Lou met Will Solace after an hour in the infirmary bickering with his older brother Michael
Her wardrobe is the most random thing, one days its fishnets and a tank top, the next its the camp shirt with ripped skinny jeans. Once, it was a tutu with Michael’s jacket and Will’s t-shirt
she steals other peoples clothes when they become friends
If they let her, when one of her friends is having a bad day, Lou will turn them into a small animal and carry them with her all day
Lou found out she was different after she had a argument with her dad, and a vase exploded and the flowers turned into frogs
Coach Hedge was the satyr that brought her to camp
pan as fuck
She carries a bag of magical implements around with her always, filled with anything from pig balls to sleeping powder
Lou could go days without sleep when she was working, and when Michael was around, he’d stay with her until he got her to rest
Cecil brings her coffee for all-nighters and tries to pull her away when she gets obsessed, but it’s not the same
Will keeps cabin 20 well stocked with burn creams and bandages, because Lou’s spells backfire sometimes and she doesn’t always go to the infirmary anymore
Lou Ellen and Michael were dating when he died. After that, Lou Ellen beat the ass of any monster that she saw, she was so angry. A few times, when they retreated, she tried to run after them but was held back by other campers.
once when this happened, it was a rather large hellhound, and Lou was getting pretty weak. Will ended up slinging her over his shoulder and carrying her away.
Cecil sometimes lets Lou turn him into something to keep her company, like a bird or a mouse
during the making of the pig balls, three Ares campers and several Hermes campers were sacrificed (temporarily)

He has an Irish accent, more specifically north dubliner
He never tops five feet, and when he stops growing he's at 4'10
He hates for most people to touch him, but when someone he likes hugs him he just burrows into it

All Apollo kids are like hot water bottles, even in winter they're always warm
He's not good at healing and can't do much more than bandage, and give out nectar and ambrosia
He writes the most beautiful poetry and short stories though
People sometimes pick him up without warning to fuck with him and it really freaks him out

He has a scar where one of his family members hit him at the base of his head with an iron skillet (the story changes every time, it was actually his aunt)

-When he was younger, he had the gift of prophecy but after predicting the death of his little sister, (she was trampled by an elephant), he was too scared to actually use it
-His sister’s death turned him cold and bitter
-He hated Jason because Jason defended the elephant’s handler, saying it wasn’t his fault that the elephant got spooked-He’s fourth generation legacy.
-He used to be a pretty happy go lucky kid, and ignored his dads ranting’s that the Greeks were evil
-The night after his sister died, he sliced up one of his teddy bears in a fit of rage
-He read the stuffing from it and found that you could predict just as well from stuffed animal “entrails” as you could birds, which were traditional
-After his second year as Augur, he changed out the birds for stuffed animals
