Not that I'd expect anyone peddling these myths to actually read this article, but just throwing it out here...
TL;DR Hebrew has existed as long as Jews have, but after the Destruction of the Second Temple it became a literary, liturgical, Torah-learning language rather than a spoken one. It is a Semitic language that has evolved over time just like English and most other languages have. Biblical Hebrew is to Modern Hebrew what Shakespearean English is to Modern English. Hebrew is not based on Arabic. It has loan words from other languages including Arabic, but so does pretty much every other major language. It has different pronunciations than Arabic or other Semitic languages, but even Arabic letters are pronounced differently in different countries; that's just how spoken languages work.
